Anyone have any Dukan Diet recipes?

Anyone who has been on the Dukan diet: I'm looking for some good recipes that are tried and tested - not just something you have googled, but something you have actually made.

I'd prefer it if you could suggest things for the meaty attack phase please!

The Dukan diet is just an "exotic" version of the Atkins diet since it came from Europe.

High protein low carb. Really hard on the liver and kidneys.

I discount any diet that omits any food group or encourages excessive eating of limited foods as a fad diet. And fad diets fail. Even if you do lose some weight, it is usually gained back once a normal diet is resumed. Usually with a few more pounds than the initial weight.

The diet was "launched " in the US earlier this year. Why not? We are one of the heaviest nations in the world. Great target market.

Half of the Yahoo Answers questions regarding this diet have come in the last two months so their marketing techniques must be working.

Just another twist on a diet that is actually over 100 years old. Since 2/3 of US adults are overweight, do you think it works?

    Hello

There are some great recipes, one of my favourite recipe has to be Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon which is great for Breakfast :)

    Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon

If you fancy something a little indulgent, this scrambled eggs and smoked salmon recipe is perfect. You can even cook it in bulk to last you a couple of days.

    Ingredients

    - Eggs x4

    - Fat-free ricotta (1 tbsp.)

    - Thinly cut smoked salmon (3 ounces)

    - Chopped fresh chives (x4)

    - Skimmed milk (¼ of a cup)

    - Salt and pepper to taste

This amount of ingredients will serve 2. Remember, you can only have 2 eggs per day so be sure to halve the dish when serving.

    Method

    1. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste

    2. Add the milk into a pan and place on a medium heat.

    3. Pour the eggs into the milk and use a spatula to stir continuously

    4. Take the pan off the heat before adding the ricotta and salmon to the mixture.

    5. Add the chives and serve.

Not only does this dish look good, but it also tastes fantastic too.

    1

Mix all the ingredients together, making sure that the cream cheese blends as much as you can.

    2

If you prefer to mix everything but the oat and wheat bran, feel free to make a paste of those ingredients and then add the bran.

    3

Pour in a small microwaveable tub so that the batter is spread at a thickness of about 1 inch. ( I use a small glass tupperware bottom)

    4

Cook on high heat in microwave for 4 minutes, then check if it is firm. You may cook for another minute according to preference.

    5

Flip it over onto a napkin and let cool, then slice.
