Hello California. Being on level 5 I thought you would know by now, but I'll try and help you. Turn your Computer off and when you turn it back on tap F8 while it's booting and it should go into safe mode and take it from there. If that doesn't work, turn it off and do it again, only this time keep tapping F8 a bit longer and it should go past safe mode into advanced safe mode. Read it carefully and take it from there and that should fix it.

How to start computer in safe mode:

It is better that you select Safe Mode with Networking instead of Safe Mode. Then use the powerful ESET Online scanner to detect and remove viruses on your computer.

at the same time start machine and tap the F8 key repeatedly until the option windows appears choose safemode with networking then open browser and go to safety.live.com(that is microsoft's online virus scanner) it's is free...then go to malwarebytes.org and download and run their anti-malware scanner it's free...manual removal instructions can be found at precisesecurity.com or bleepingcomputer.com...you can download a rescue disk from kaspersky.com or avira.com just use another computer set bios to boot from the cd/dvd and run the rescue disk before anything can boot up they are both free...

    Hi,

Restart your computer and go to safe mode with networking, (you can do this by restarting and pressing the key "F8" when it starts coming back up)

Well you should be able to do it by manually turning off then off your computer. It should ask you to start normally or with safe mode.
