ok well ive been with the company for about 3yrs i started temp did that for 6months then got hired full time in nights sense then been learning as much as i can to moved up in positions so i wouldn't get bored doing same things everyday uk sense then i have applied in 2 different openings that came available both i was more then qualified but got nether. i get along with all my co-workers supervisors and other ppl that work there i just recently moved the the morning **** after 2yrs working nights 6pm-6am it was fine for me never had a problem with it i have had my ups and downs but nothing to hold me back i mean i can run the hole place on my own if i had allot of hands that would reach lol but still nothing now im getting a feeling the only reason he moved me to the mornings to find a reason to fire me or just piss me off to the point i would walk out but im not walking out **** him but today was the worst i don't know what to do ok i work in a truck shop "18wheels" and we have a pit where we go down and check underneath the trucks and trailers 1 person on top n 1 on bottom but today we had 2 on top so i would stay in the pit all day was cool no problems and 1hr before shift was through in put walking up to check the truck and i heard someone in pit kick a soda can sound i went back to chk and it was him someone from night crew had a air filter in the fit so i had my can of monster and he kicked the filter and my monster was all over the place and i caught him and i said ME "wtf did you do that for my drink was on that" and he said HIM "this isn't a brake room" ME "wtf what did i do all i had was my drink on there: HIM "you've been down here for 12min" then i walked away before he finished but that's all he said. i don't give a **** about the drink but why did he do that its not like i was sitting on the job i was already doing my job uk i don't know what do you think plz plz don't kid around i haven't done anything to him to have that done to me uk so i just leave it alone or go to HR or who the things is this company is locally owned its a big company owner works there and the big dogs are all white this company is all racist in my eyes for what ive seen and heard leave it or do something and risk my job cuz i know if i do go to HR there gonna make some bull **** up to turn there attention on me well thanks for all ur input and suggestions FML

ya i told him wtf i mean for the spots i applied for i was more then qualified i new the systems on both parts and they chose the least experienced guys uk there not good with computers and they still choose them idk thanks anyways ima look around see what happens also it might be suz i dont kiss there *** but everyone else dose uk sux ups ALOT of them idk thanks

it's just the worst to be overlooked for a job you are ready for and think you deserve, i feel you.  did you really say WTF to your boss, though?  maybe you don't know how you are coming across sometimes.  when they did not give you the promotion did they tell you why?  they should absolutely tell you why so you can work on the reasons you weren't promoted.  but sometimes we don't fit in a job or with the people we are working with.  i had that it was destroying my soul b/c i just cldn't do anything about it, it was just the way it was.  i left and i don't know if that is an option for you but sometimes it's the only option.  can you also ask them why they changed your shift?  all you can do is ask the question and then decide what is best for you based on their answer.  don't stick around if they really are trying to fire you, leave with dignity.  all the best, guy, i know it's frustrating.

If i were you i wouldn't put up with that bullshit and especially if it's a prejudice thing because you can sue him for that you know, if i were you i would talk to him in his room personally and if it don't work out you can always get another job because it is illegal for them to discriminate because it ain't worth it to put up with that just leave so you don't have to deal with it anymore trust me.
