Does anyone know any good settings for a metal muff?

I just bought the pedal yesterday and haven't had time to really mess with it, but I was wondering if anyone had any setting ideas so I had something to base mine on. You can explain the knob settings by comparing their rotation to the hands of a clock. Thanks!
