Bread flour Vs wheat flour; can either replace all-purpose?
I'm making cookies and the recipe calls for all-purpose flour all I have is some whole wheat flour and tons of bread flour. Can I use bread flour or wheat flour as a replacement in my baking? Or will it turn out bad?
What would happen if I did put in bread flour instead of all-purpose?

Bread flour will work better than whole wheat flour. Whole wheat flour is heavier which will result in a much, much denser cookie. But, if you use whole wheat flour the cookies wouldn't be terrible, just different. I've made chocolate chip cookies with whole wheat flour and they were pretty good. You just have to be prepared for a heavy, thick cookie.
