the majority of them still release music, just going unnoticed. since 2001, david has released 3 albums after he released "Amigo". in 2004, he released "Freewheeler" which featured the single "too much blood in my alchohol level. in 2007, he released "heartaches by the number", an album that has his own versions of some of the older country tunes, and in 2010 he released the album "sparkle city" which featured the single "hot water pipe"

good question about mark collie. i found he released an album in 2006 titled "rose covered garden"..what he's doing now i hadnt found out.

daryle singletary's albums in the past decade:

    that's why i sing this way (2002)

    straight from the heart (2007)

    rockin in the country (2009)

joe diffie released the album "tougher than nails" in 2004, and in 2010 released "Homecoming: The Bluegrass Album"

Mark Chesnutt's albums since his last piece of mainstream success in 2002:

    "savin the honky tonk" (2004)

"heard it in a love song" (2006)

    "rollin with the flow" (2008)

    "outlaw" (2010)

in 2003 wade hayes joined mark mcclurg to form the duo Mchayes, which charted only one single before splitting. in 2008 he became lead guitarist for randy owen's road band, and in 2009 he released the album "Place to Turn Around"

Ty England's last album was "Alive and well and living the dream" (2007)

do you mean like live concert's? this is just my opinion but i doubt it. i've seen some of the former big stars of the 90s on RFD performing small shows. so yeah, most of these artists and others still release music, but mainstream country music doesnt tell us about it
