Give one mango to each boy and that leaves 15 to distribute.
To do this assemble the 15 mangoes with 4 dividers to form 19 objects. Any allocation of the dividers among the 15 mangoes divides them into 5 groups, one group for each boy. This includes the possibility, for instance, of all 15 mangoes being allocated to one boy.
There are 19C4 ways of allocating the dividers = 3876
