What do you wear to a Foam Party?

I'm 19 and i'm in college. My friend heard about this foam party and it sounds really fun but I'm not sure what to wear or what to do with my hair. I need to know everything, like from head to toe. Do I bring my phone? Should I get a water proof case? What type of shoes should I wear? What color should I wear? Should I wear undies and a bra or a bathing suite? Please try to answer all of my questions an give me all of the tips you can give me about foam parties.

Also some of my friends who are going are boys and they need tips to. Please give tips for boys also!

Are you in Memphis lol ? We have these all the time !
First of all , it's gonna be HOT & WET . . 
You probably shouldn't get your hair done much , maybe like a ponytail or braids .
You may end up losing your phone , but if you can keep up with it , you might wanna opt for the waterproof case . (My friends & I don't bring our phones...)
The shoes depend on whatever outfit you wear , flip flops perhaps ?
& PLEASE don't go in just undies & a bra lol . 
Maybe a bikini top & booty shorts (: Any color .
Have fun !

For a guy, I'd suggest just a t shirt & maybe cargo shorts & tennis shoes.
If he has, a nice body, no shirt at all ;)

OMG I LOVE FOAM PARTIES!
I tend to wear beach themed clothing as do my friends. So for males your talking plain tops that are cheap and easy to replace and shorts, etc. A girl is similar. Be careful what you wear because sometimes the foam changes. It has never stained my clothing, I wear greys usually or white and my clothes show up clean once washed. Don't take your phone and wear a swim suit.
