ugh, tuff situation. I think the best thing you can do is to inform the adults because the solutions of these things is out of our hands.

Showing you her privates and trying to touch you are both sexual harassment. Report her to a teacher, especially if this is going on in school.

You should also let her know that you don't want to be "friends" with her anymore. There are times when you should stay friends with someone who's alone and times when you shouldn't. When a person is making you uncomfortable, especially physically, distancing yourself from them is more than okay, even if that person has no other friends that you know of.

so there must be a reason behind that. she knows you don't like her, but she continues to ignore that. there must be a reason why she's latching on so tightly.

are you nice to her? or, at least decent? maybe you seem approachable?

so... find out why you're the one she's bothering, and then act opposite than why she likes you so that she'll have to let go.

for example: if you're usually alone (so she'll bother you), surround yourself with friends so that she won't get an opportunity to talk to you (and if she comes up to you give her a really "you're a freak" stare and keep talking with your friends, then keep ignoring her. if she comes up to you later when you're alone, tell her again that you don't like her.

another example: if she thinks you two are similar because you both have baby brothers and dogs. say "i'm not at all like you" or "why are you even bringing that up? i have better, more important things to do with my life" or something like that. dunno... you know the situation better than i do.

try not to be too "nice". i'm not saying be mean, but don't act overly friendly. sometimes the only way to get someone to do something is if you're not acting all friendly to them, so that the mesage actually gets across.

if she retaliates in that immature way, just keep on ignoring her. or tell her seriously, and strictly: Please. Stop. Bothering. Me. I don't like you. I don't care about your brother, your dog, or you. I just want to be left alone.

worst case scenario: scream out to the entire hallway "WHY DO YOU KEEP FOLLOWING ME? I'M NOT EVEN YOUR FRIEND. I'VE TOLD YOU TO STOP STALKING ME, PLEASE STOP BOTHERING ME!" so that everyone will know.

you'll humiliate her, and then people will know she's being a creep when they see you two in the hallways together.
