Im a pharmacy Tech and trying to apply to get into school for pharmacy?

Question

So i am a pharmacy technician, ive been out of school for about 3 years or so. Im currently trying to get back into school to get a degree in pharmacy, but i have no idea how too. I know i have to apply for life science and then apply to pharmacy school. But i have no idea how to go by. Like how would i apply to the program? what would the university look at. My high school grades or college grades? If my grades are bad how would i upgrade them. I need a step by step guide on how to apply and get in...i would appreciate it sooooo much and would love you till the world ends! ( which its apparently in october 2011) Anyways im in toronto, Canada. thanks!

The pharmacy school will consider the college credits that you have that are transferable as well as your grades in them before deciding if they will look back at your high school record. Different schools may reach different conclusions
