Go with Kingston, it one of the best brands in the market, plus if you buy x2 then you can have 8GB. In addition the HyperX is a very fast ram.

id go with Kingston HyperX Genesis 4G 1066Mhz Non ECC Kit4 Module. i say this because the reviews are WAY better then the other one. you only need like 4gigs of ram to run a 64 bit properly.

Just to run Windows 7 (the operating system) 4gb should be ample.
