I can't make an image file for my Foster's Wiki 100KB. How can I do it?

I'm trying to make an image 100kb, but it can't be done without resizing or conversion through http://online-image-editor.com/ or http://iaza.com/ . This is the image, and it's 1.8 MB:

Isn't there anything I can do to make this file 100KB besides resizing or conversion?

    Nothing short of lowering the resolution and then it will look terrible.
