The Answer is NO. If you have deleted the file from your computer then it can not be downloaded, uploaded or in anyway manipulated. In fact, you can prevent any Limewire/Frostwire file from being uploaded by using the "Stop Sharing" option. You do that by Highlighting the file, then right click and select "Stop Sharing File" option.
The other Yahoo Answerer is Right in the context that if someone , "UPLOADED" the file off your computer before you deleted the file then--yes that file can be still be downloaded( or is downloadable) but it would no longer have anything to do with your computer.
As a side NOTE--Frostwire is a Not the same Program as Limewire. It is a CLONE (developed from the same Source Code) and completely separate Company from a Corporate standpoint from Limewire. Only Limewire, has been court ordered to cease working. Frostwire is very much alive and well.
And just so you know: Limewire is Officially Dead but Lives On as Limewire the Pirate Edition which went online within hours of the Official Limewire's shut down.

No. Unless someone has the exact same file and is sharing then yes some1 can download.
But i thought limewire was shut down by the government or something like that

Last I heard, both Limewire and Frostwire had suspended all operations due to a lawsuit regarding copyright infringement.
