POLL: Do you reckon good looking people have it easier?

I'm pretty sure they do, yes. I'm not saying it's right--I'm saying that's how it is. There is some research out there to back it up too--that younger people, and that people with better hair and clearer skin do actually get picked first, get talked with more often, and such.

Some of this is human nature--in that we _All_ want to be with people who please our senses, and especially our eyes since we are such a visual species.

But I think people exaggerate it some and then make excuses after the fact--call it "breeding" or "hunches" when it's really just looks and/or conformity to an ideal talking.

It's true. It's like they don't even have to try that hard and everything gets handed to them. Models can be dumb as hell (and most of them are) but as long as they look pretty but make no sense when they talk, they still have it easy because they look good. Besides when you look good, you're confident and when you're confident you put yourself out there more when it comes to social situations (this is how they make friends easier), whereas an ugly person would just shy away from these things because of their insecurities.

Sadly people first and for most judge you on how good your package is. If yours is a little broken people won't even think about it twice.Perfect is what people want but the truth is I like things with a little dirt on them : )
