You can meet her IF you get in the T-Party. They randomly select fans from the audience. They select you if you can grab their attention OR if your shyly sitting with a taylor shirt on. Don't make it too obvious (like dont make a poster saying 'i wanna go to the T-party) because they choose who don't expect it
