    For gold-199

    1) write the symbol Au

    2) Write the atomic number (79) subscripted to the symbol and to its left.

    3) write the mass number (199) superscripted to the symbol and to its left.

    Your other two examples are done in a like manner to gold. Obtain the atomic number from a periodic table.
