How to eat without overbite?
Help! I have an overbite but i can control it and align my jaws properly, however when i eat my overbite gets back to normal and I don't know how to chew my food can someone please explain how you eat your food using your teeth? do your two teeth collide when chewing or what?
When i eat with my over my bottom row of teeth touch my upper gums.

yes, your top and bottom teeth are supposed to occlude while eating.
your teeth need to be realigned with orthodontic treatment.
Until then try to eat soft food.......you will develop TMJ Problems if you continue to eat with your jaw moved forward.
