Siberian Huskie Exercise/Food?
I have a Huskie and she is about 3 years old. I would like to know the right amount to feed, walk, and take her out ever day. I just got her 2 months ago from the pound. I would like to know we exercise every day for about 2 and a half hours we go to parks and walk around. Also I give her one cup of food in the morning and one cup at night is that to much or to lil. We live in Hawaii. I am also 14.

She needs to run, but you'll have to run her at night or she'll overheat.
You can either take him to classes and get him involved in a sport, or you can do roadwork with him.
Sports:
obedience, rally, agility, flyball, treibball (herding huge balls; really), frisbee, if you can find it and the dog has the aptitude, real herding or lure coursing. If he's a puller, there is competition weight pulling, divided by weight classes; even Chihuahuas can compete.

Roadwork:
running, jogging, or pulling you:
Your mission is to find a way to put 20-35 miles a week on that dog. His behavior will improve more than you can possibly imagine, as will his fitness (start gradually and work your way up to that kind of mileage; your dog's not an athlete, yet.)

Good luck! And remember that all these events are intended to be fun for you and for the dog. Don't invest a lot of money in one until you are sure that you and the dog adore it.

Siberians need less food than most dogs their size: they are exceptionally efficient at digestion. So if she's not losing weight or patches of fur, she's probably getting enough food. If you're concerned, give her a little more. When she starts putting on extra weight, back off on the last addition.
