Is college psychology 'inappropriate' for a junior in high school?

I was just wondering what your opinion was on this subject. Does college level psychology have mature subject matter, or is it just a demanding class that takes a lot of work? I personally think if a student was willing to put in the work, it would be fine. Anyway, what is your opinion?

    Most college psychology syllabi do not contain mature subject matter.

    By "most", I mean I don't know of any that do :)
