Best laptop choice, value vs. performance?

I want to get a new laptop, and of course there are hundreds of options, so I'm appealing to the computer whizzes out there. I want a computer with enough processor speed etc. to easily handle Frontierville on Facebook, or a game like Fate. I don't need much storage, though. Naturally, I'm trying not to go broke, either. Any thoughts?

Update:

Oops, I should add that I want wireless internet capability.

for the games you want to play you can buy a basic laptop. i would recommend one of the laptops for 349 at best buy. people often buy for what they want rather then what they need and don't use what they buy. one advantage of having a less powerful machine is that it uses less energy which means the machine runs cooler. i have the toshiba L635 from best buy that is on sale for 349. I like the advantages it offers while giving me enough power to play civ 5. the processor uses about half the power that the average processor uses, and that keeps my laptop running cool.

HP Pavilion dv7-4280us is Great product for battery life, games, and music. Although the keyboard and touch pad takes a little getting used to, it's well worth the money.
