Jewellery is ALWAYS good, from a guy or girl. Get her a nice pair of earrings or a necklace. Also a CD or DVD would work well if you know what type of music/movies she likes.

I myself think that finding the right gift can sometimes be difficult. What I think is

that people tend to like unique gifts that are hard to find and not sold in stores. People like the gifts more this way since they cannot be replaced. I have been buying a few items from http://www.thinkfuntoys.com/ and giving it away to friends and family. They all love it. The stuff there are pretty cheap and unique and they deliver fast.

You can get her any special birthday hamper for her online. Show Pieces, Photo Frames, Feng Shui Gifts can be good gifts choices for your girlfriend's friend.

just give her a gift card for a girly type store, or just give her money. People prefer money, so they can buy the present themselves. you don't want to end up buying her an item of clothing that doesn't fit her!

But... you can also purchase a cheap pair for earrings if you want to- you can get them for under $10 at sales! woooo!
