    You can always find something nice to say to someone. Just make sure it's always the truth and not convoluted. Who doesn't like a compliment. Think how you feel when your having a rubbish day.... When someone is nice or says something nice it lifts you up and makes you feel happy. Even if it's just for a while.

    Remember what goes around, comes around.
