Well, a locked door would be the best option. Either in the bathroom or your bedroom if you have a door that locks. Maybe try doing it at night right before bed, with the lights off. Then if they do happen to walk in, they won't see anything. Or the shower.

How would they know in the first place? Put on something that has a little bit of noise (That way you can hear footsteps), and do it silently as possible. You can also wait til when you shower. Or, when your home alone.
