    yup, practice practice,

    YOU CAN try copying that

    its not that hard,

    as u can see, there are three main shades in that picture,

    first the thin lines which makes up the mouth, jaws, eyes, etc

    then the grayish thing that acts as shade or shadows (especialya round the eyes),

    lastly, the black back ground.

    first draw the lines (the thin lines made by a pen)

    (of course you can use pencil first)

    try making just one person (or just the head)

    then scan it in a computer,

    make your picture transparent, and add those gray shades

    (you can use windows paint while adding the gray shades and black back ground

    and the text thay are speaking)

    then PRESTO! there it is!

    its just step by step,

    looks complicated at first look, but u can take it step by step..

    pratice, lots and lots of pratice. and after several MONTHS of drawing at LEAST an hour every day, you should have no problem drawing what ever you want within the limits of the medium you choose
