Uhh, I went to the beach a few days ago and I went in the water and I heard the water was still contaminated. Right now, my muscles feel weak and I've been having a big *** headache? Can someone tell me what's wrong with me?

Flu is a virus. Symptoms of flu are fever, headache, severe aches and pains, fatigue lasting 2-3 weeks, severe chest discomfort, cough.

It's probably effects from the sun. :) I went to the beach yesterday, and when I returned home, I felt like jelly and had a huge headache. It will pass.
