What are these bumps on my tongue?

I have these red bumps on the back of my tongue. They don't hurt, they don't itch. My tongue or tonsils aren't sore and I'm not sick, I also have this white spot on my tonsil. I saw it about a week ago and it went away but now it's back again. Should I be worried?

These are BUMPS not blisters

    I have that too. Its normal. If its not buggin you, I wouldnt worry.

    It could be a number of things. For example, herpes or Celiac Disease. Go see a doctor.
