Why did I get a violation for asking why I got violations this morning?

I received multiple violations last night so I was curious to ask about them this morning. I asked about them and they said that many of them were violations for solicitation and for chat. My question was Can you tell me why each and every one of these questions was a violation? And my beginning details were I just received multiple violations after recently…and they don't have the cached page fully out yet. I wasn't in the wrong and plus my violations question was already resolved. It couldn't have been a violation. Please help me. I asked why were these violations.

When you submit your appeal on Serebiiforums, do the Admins read it?

I wanted to know that if you ever got unfairly banned from serebiiforums if the Admins will read your appeal or anything because Max hasn't had any luck submitting an apology.
