HELP! My dog goes crazy around other dogs?!?
i have a little sydney silky terrier, a mistake we made is we didn't introduce him to many dogs when he was a pup, and now when he sees them (any dog) HE GOES MENTAL! and barks and tugs on the leash. the other day we tied him to our gate whilst washing the car and a man with 2 boxers walked past and he went crazy and tore the leash (he weighs 5 kg and it was an up to 10kg dog leash) and we had to chase him to get him!. We tried taking him to dog parks -_- , we sent him to daycare during the days but he wanders on his lonesome and doesn't interact with the other dogs, and just waits for us to pick him up so that doesn't work. WHAT CAN WE DO?!?!

We trained our dog to sit when another dog came by. It can be done -- give him a treat when he sits and when he stays. Dog parks/day care may be overwhelming; I'd start with just one other dog, and see how they play together.
Not every dog will like every other dog.
Being tied to your gate made him feel both territorial and trapped. If you want to tie your guy you should stake down both ends of a long wire or rope, and loop his leash around it Then he can move back and forth while still being secured.

Counter condition him basically start at a distance away from the other dogs far enough away they he doesn't react and will eat food. Then stay at that distance and reward calm behaviour reward him for looking at the other dog and looking at you in your eyes. First session you should get your dog to take about 100 treats. Next session same thing but maybe 5-10 feet closer, then keep getting closer over days and weeks. If you get to close and your dog reacts move away and work the distance away. You can also look for a good positive reinforcement dog trainer.

Dog parks and day care will not help a dog like this.
Your dog needs training, and regular socialization. Do this on leash, and get a trainer.

Meeshi,
I'd recommend the simpleLEASH.
It provides your pup with a brief corrective stimulus should he pull too hard, and from what you've written, it seems your dog pulls a lot.
Dogs quickly learn that they're not to tug and pull; the leash is extremely effective.
I recently watched one of their tutorial videos, and I was impressed.
Best of luck to you!

You need lots of work. This is needed from day one when you get a pup. This is why most people shouldn't have dogs!!!
