Do people with ADD have difficulty assimilating fresh instructions or new info' on a subject?

    Speaking as someone who has had ADD from childhood I would have to say that sometimes we do, but ADD is more of a broken concentration pattern rather than inability to learn or put knowledge to use. So personally if I lose my train of thought while reading/listening the new instructions/info then I will not remember, and therefore be unable to use, any of it.
