how am i doing with this girl?

Ok so theres this girl im starting to like and it seems like she actually likes me, lately we have been talking every time we see each other in the hallways (me and this girl are both juniors if that helps) and we text and talk after school and she likes to talk to me on her own time, she even goes out of her way to hold my arm in the hallway during our passing time. The only downside to all this is she has a boyfriend, though she tells me alot that her boyfriend treat her badly and i usually try to help her with her boyfriend problem (which is probably one of the reasons she seems to have grown fond of me from how i see it) and not to mention a friend of mine has talked to her and my friend actually told me she said i was cute (i felt super apprecated), based on all that what should my next move be and how should i go about any of this so far? :) honest opinions would be helpful
