calories intake & calories burnt?
I went on a website and entered in all my information and it said to lose 2 pounds a week i must intake 1500 calories . But i'm burning about 600-800 calories a day.... am i supposed to go add in my calories burnt? like lets say i burnt 600 calories and i took in 2100 calories that = 1500 calories. is that what i'm supposed to go by or is it eat only 1500 calories a day and if i burnt 800 calories that would mean i only ate 700? i'm confused. thanks!

You are burning more than 600-800 calories a day. That may be what you burn from exercise. Your body burns calories continuously. If you eat 1500 calories, you eat 1500 calories. That doesn't change because you exercise. However, between exercise and the rest of the calories you burn, I'm sure you're burning more than 1500 calories. If that's the case, you should lose weight.

No your only suppose to eat 1500 calories to lose weight, because your suppose to burn more calories then you intake and by eating 2100 your not losing any weight you'd just be maintaining it.

yea you go by whats the calories including subtracting exercise,
do you have an iphone if so theres a free ap, Lose it
