Ok....what do you think?

People always think I am 3 or 4 years younger than I really am. I am 18. I've had this problem since I was 11. I am very mature for my age. I've always been mature for my age. I'm on the autism spectrum. I wear the same kids of clothes as other girls my age. I just don't wear mini skirts to school. I've always been short for my age. Now I am 5'1. Why do people think I am 3 or 4 years younger than I am? Some of teachers thought I was a junior or a sophomore when I was senior. I have had only one person think I was older than I actually was and that was my comm 1 professor. I had him when I was 17 and he thought I was in my early twenties.

Also people who met me before I was 18 still see me as a kid and treat me like one. Again, I am very mature for my age. Some of these people met me last year when I was 17. Any thoughts on this?

I don't know. I am a junior, but when I meet someone new at school, they always think that I am a freshman, and I don't get it. They tell me I look really young, even though I am not that young.
