u can have the lg optimus one.it comes at the prce of around 10300rs
it has android 2.2 froyo,
it has 3.2 mp camera.3g, wifi,GPS,
a 600mhz processor, 419mb of ram
and good in-ear type of headphones provided with it.
a cheaper option would be the samsung galaxy pop with the price of around 9000rs

i think nokia is the best phone among all phones . becouse i used all phone but i noticed that nokia is the best phone, for all reason , voice , operating system , etc.

if you want lots of apps.androidos.touchscreen then go for lg optimus one
or if you love nokia lots of mobile chat,sms then go for nokia E5 with QWERTY keypad.
