When will their be relief?????

I don't see much hope for anything different for some time. The summer pattern has set up with a big upper high pressure area situated over the southern part of the country, including Oklahoma. That will serve to cap the atmosphere and keep things hot with fronts likely passing well off to the north. Rain chances for the foreseeable future look quite small.
