Flies.. EVERYWHERE. Help..?

Started with a few downstairs.. Then All you see is about 10 at my door area.

Pretty soon you see a few upstairs, Some in the loft..

Pretty soon they're buzzing around nearly all windows..

Now, They're EVERYWHERE !

I literally can't describe well enough How many there are.. It ain't a swarm or anything.. But there like 30-50 in my house altogether..

I live in London, and as some may know, it's Summer and London's been getting temperatures like 22 degrees on a normal day.

Goes up to 26 o.o.

The second I sip my drink to accidently crush a fly with my lips.. HELP ME FFS

As it is I'm continuously spitting into my bin...

Where are they coming from? Are more and more coming because of eggs being layed? How the HELL do I get rid of them??

Help please..

I had the same problem... Well, for us, we saw that there were larva (from the flies) and the flies multiply about every 2 weeks. What we did was buy those sticky things that unroll and put them on strategic spots on the ceiling. (Now, you will have to live with the flies, cuz we went on vacation after hanging the things.) Then, after (I dont remember exactly) about 1-2 weeks, the flies had dissapeared..... LoL

Thats what we did (me and my family)

Just open a window/door on the other side of the house to let a good breeze through, they will soon dissipate

Look under the stove/oven for a piece of food that the larvae are feeding on.
