Go to ur room. Punch ur pillows really hard. Scream really loud and go crazy! get it off ur chest. If u live with lots of ppl and cant do this then u can also go to the gym go on a treadmill or something, use a puching bag, etc and work out till ur forehead sweat reaches ur knees! It will feel so freakin good

Just take a step back and breathe. U should really look into taking Martial Arts classes. If u can find a goid teacher u can learn to control and focus ur anger. Ull also learn new ways of "incapacitating" people.

Find somewhere w/ a punching bag and just go crazy on it. Sometimes just hitting something as hard as I can helps relieve stress.
