Is the Global Warming religion dead or just dormant?

The religion is dead, but the financial instruments are still alive. The 'carbon trading' system was the whole point of it. People get to speculate huge sums of money in a non-existent commodity. The traders make billions.

Russian scientists say there is climate changes every 8 years or something 8 years colder then 8 year warmer. the change isnt that significant think its still freezing up there.
