I here they want to sign Fabregas, Rossi, Sanchez and Neymar,
possibly a left back would also be a good suggestion, if they get all that then i am really scared.

No one?
Well, perhaps Pedro's position could be filled by a better player, like Alexis Sanchez or Eden Hazard. And maybe they should look for a quick & tough defender to replace Puyol. Someone like Vincent Kompany.
And maybe to make some variation possible if needed, you could take an offensive left back (like Fabio Coentrão, although he won't come since he declared he wanted to go to Real Madrid) so it's not always Dani Alves who stands up front with Messi, Villa and Pedro.
The current team is pretty perfect and doesn't need changes, I think.

I don't think so barcelona wont have puyol , abidal at their best due to age and maybe even xavi if injuries overtake him, like this season he was injured 5 times i think
and im sure real madrid , ac milan, liverpool will overtake europe once again in the next 2 years
EDIT: And oh they need a center back and right full-back and maybe a striker

Rosi or sanchez
Rossi has gone on a goal spree in spain and now is a excellent finisher due to
spanish football suiting him down to the ground and sanchez is just like the Chile version of ronaldo

Maybe rossi if he'd be able to end messi's dominance there in barca & become first choice striker(i mean goalscorer at any position).
I hoped same from david villa last season but left disappointed..... Maybe this time it could happen....
