My laptop screen is green where it should be black?

Nothing happened to my laptop, it worked fine one minute and the next time I turned it on there was a green screen where it used to be black. Basically anything on my screen that should be black is green. Other than the color being completely off it works ok. I have the HP garden dreams laptop. Any ideas as to what happened?

    You should check the color adjustments. i think if it is in warranty you should contact to manufactures.
