Is Penny Saver booklet a scam on pups?
IF YOUR GOING TO LEAVE A RUDE COMMENT PLEASE LEAVE:
So I was considering buying a dog from penny saver booklet the one that comes every week. They have AKC SIBERIAN HUSKY PUPS. I was wondering if its a scam it costs 650 and up. 3males/ 2 females. "Available Soon for more info please call (and then it list the number)" If we were going to get the puppies i would insist on seeing them first. What do you think it is?

Before you go any further in your search, study this site:
You will also find reputable breeders through that site..
If you call about these pups, be certain to take TWO adults with you.
Note where and how they are raised.
Meet the pup's parents, and see if you want a dog just like both of them.
Read the vet records of vaccinations and de-wormings.
Ask about the parent's hip scores.
Read the parent's registration certificates, to make certain that they are not brother/sister.
Ask about their health guarantee.
Now, IMPORTANT..Take notes on the answers to all questions, and make a note of every promise they make. Ask them to sign it.
If:
they refuse to give a health guarantee,
they have not vaccinated the pups at least once before they are sold.
the pups have not been wormed at least twice.
they try to sell the pups before 8 weeks old.
they don't allow you to meet the parents.
If any of the above, RUN and don't look back.
You will find GOOD pet quality Siberian Huskies for the same price from a reputable breeder.

It's not a scam if you can
1 - go to their facility to pick up the pups, see where they were raised and meet the parents and littermates
2 - check the AKC papers before you hand over any money
3 - see any vet certificates before you hand over any money
There are some real people posting in Penny Saver, they are not all scams. But if they mention shipping the puppies or won't provide you with a copy of the AKC registration papers then don't bother pursuing this
Anyone who says they will ship is going to scam you.

You should try with Penny Stocks Trading (you can find more info here: http://pennystocks.toptips.org/ )
Penny stocks, also known as cent stocks in some countries, are common shares of small public companies that trade at low prices per share.
I've been subscribing to this PennyStock web site for about a year now and have loved the objective advice they give. He really does look for quality stocks and I've made some pretty nice profits on a lot of his suggestions. Being still fairly new to investing I have been dabbling a lot in penny stocks to try and grow my account. I may not have a big account, but it's a lot bigger than it was a year ago. On just one of Nathan's picks this year I managed to make my investment back ten-fold! Be careful! Penny stocks are notoriously risky but if you follow the right method the risk is almost 0. I suggest to invest only little money first and then reinvest the profits. This is the site I'm using: http://pennystocks.toptips.org/

Scam in the sense that the puppies don't exist?
No, not likely. I'm sure they do.
Scam in the sense that the puppies are ill bred, probably chock full of genetic health problems, and are from unproven stock?
You bet.
Just because a litter is registered with the AKC does not make them well bred by any stretch of the imagination.
$650 if almost certainly a rip off for these pups as no more than $200 likely was invested.

Penny stocks are loosely categorized companies with share prices of below $5 and with market caps of under $200 million. They are sometimes referred to as "the slot machines of the equity market" because of the money involved. There may be a good place for penny stocks in the portfolio of an experienced, advanced investor, however, if you follow this guide you will learn the most efficient strategies https://tr.im/sfehg

In binary options you will have the possibility to predict the movement of various assets such as stocks, currency pairs, commodities and indices. Learn how you can make money trading binary options https://tinyurl.im/aH5D0 An option has only two outcomes (hence the name "binary" options). This is because the value of an asset can only go up or down during a given time frame. Your task will be to predict if the value of an asset with either go up or down during a certain amount of time.
