How To Deal With Friend Problems?

Ok so,My friends are treating me and my other close friend like CRAP!!(well no really..just like..were invisible)My OTHER close 'friend' is being treated like a queen!Everyone always calls her name when we are fully with her!They choose her as always!Me and my friend are getting tired of this!Why tried complain but the same thing happens!!!She's always trying to solve problems and be the hero,she says she's not girly but she is!She said this once;"WHAT SHOULD I DO?!IT'S NOT MY FAULT!!!SHOULD I COMMIT SUICIDE?CAUSE I'M NOT DOING THAT!!!"I told her we didn't even say it was her fault.Everyone continues to just tell her secrets an' stuff near us and say 'don't tell anyone!'.Everyone joins ''our'' group just because shes the 'leader'.My other friend is afraid that they will spread rumours about us if we aren't her friend.She will just stay with her and have a screwed up life,and I will have no one when I tell the 'leader' I don't wanna be friends cause people are my friend just to get to her!!HOW DO I DEAL WITH THIS?!?!
