what is the weather like during February in Savannah, Georgia?

Is it warm enough to come visit, and to be outside to see things, do the "tourist" thing?

Update:

Thanks to all who answered. I was fearful that it might be too cold to enjoy sight-seeing in February, but it sounds like, with a good sweater, it would be quite comfortable, and enjoyable.

    We went to Savannah in March one year and it was beautiful. We even spent time lying by the pool and on the beach. It'll be a bit cooler in February but I bet you'll be able to do all you want to do. Savannah is gorgeous!!!

    with a sweater and light coat, or a warm coat without layering
