Does anyone have either a map of Tokyo or a satellite image of it that includes train stations and lines?

There are plenty of maps of just the lines/stations, but I haven't found any that have them appropriately geographically depicted in relation to one another. Thanks!

There are many online. Here's just one - http://www.paperlantern.net/map/

You need to search with the word "atlas" not "map". Try google with "bilingual atlas tokyo".

You can also get a very detail book of maps in "Tokyo City Atlas", and "Bilingual Atlas of Tokyo".

I bought one in a bookstore when I lived there. Between the road maps and the train/subway maps I was able to get around rather easily. Not as easily as Osaka though where all the train/subway lines are on one big map. With Tokyo you have a bunch of privately owned lines and determining where two different lines connect is a bit of a hassle.
