The only suggestion I have is to contact the company - probably through their website and ask if they would be open to the idea of using your slogan. In all likelihood, they already have a marketing guru who handles all of this, but you could ask. If they're open to the idea, send them a certified letter with your slogan so you have some proof that you sent it to them so they can't use it without some compensation.
