Can everyone PLEASE stop comparing LeBron to Jordan and Kobe?

Wade is the reason why the heat are still in the finals. @Eric, this is not the first time Lebron had good players like pippen and shaq(I think those were the 2 you said), he had shaq last year in Cleveland. Back to the question, I completely understand why you say this. Lebron has not proven himself enough to be compared to Jordan. And even if he does win multiple rings with the heat, I still wont think he has proven a damn thing. He has Wade, Bosh, Bibby, Chalmers, Haslem, you can put the worst player on that team and they would still win multiple rings. If anybody should be compared to Jordan on the heat it should be Wade. He has a ring, and has been the one holding the heat on to the finals. If Wade had an injury and was out all the finals, they would have been swept already. But I agree with you 110%.

No. Here's why: You're comparing entire careers. Lebron has played far less games and seasons than Kobe and Jordan. And this is the first year Lebron has a teammate as good as Pippen or Shaq or Pau.

EDIT: a few bad games isn't the end of the world. Lebron can and most likely will still have an excellent career.

@toml: be smart now. A 27/28 year old Shaq that for 2 straight playoffs averaged 30 and 15 is not the same as a 37 year old Shaq. They are as good as different players. Shaq averaged 11 points in the playoffs with Cleveland.

Whos comparing Lebron to Kobe and Jordan? Kobe is a ballhog who, like Jordan, cant/couldnt ever pass or rebound like Lebron. Lebron is his own self and shouldnt have to be compared. He is who he is and has his own set of talents and abilities, some better, some worse than the other "legends".

And to the person saying Kobe never left, he requested a trade just a few years ago because he was tired of LA and wanted to play for a winner again but didnt get moved due to the Lakers acquiring Pau Gasol.
