Need a brace for non reconstructed acl?
I decided not to have surgery on my torn acl in my left knee, I see people were braces but the people i see have all gotten surgery. Its either now that i get surgery or i can deal with it. But i was wondering if i needed a brace of some sort if i decided not to go through with the surgery.

yeah you would need a brace to support your knee during any physical activity like running sports hiking. your orthopedic could fit you for one.
