what does it mean when a guy says he feels he's at a good place with you?

After seeing this guy for a couple months he asked if I liked him and so I replied yes. I then asked him how does he feel? He then replied "Honestly, I feel as if though I'm at a good place with you. I have fun every time I'm with you."

So, where does that leave me...as a friends with benefits or is there potential?
