Errr...ouch, everything hurts my ears here, but if I had to choose, Enrique Iglesias (Katy Perry as a close second for the occasional high notes she pulls off...or is that her patented autotune?)

And as for best song, probably Party Rock Anthem, because they're all pretty bland, tasteless songs but at least Party Rock Anthem mentions rock in the title :D lol jkz, but seriously it's the best of those.

These songs are good but not to compared with previous music(90s). I think it's The Lazy Song by Bruno Mars. It has beautiful music, lyrics. Bruno is one of the best nowadays
