A GOOD ANSWER WAS DELETED. WHY?
I posted a link to a root kit removal tool. It was removed because it was reported as spam. They refuse to reinstate it. OK, No problem. But doesn't that make posting links to any other root kit removal tools spam? Also, If posting a link to a root kit removal tool is spam, Wouldn't that make posting links to antivirus software spam to? I mean, If you post a link to file hippo to get their root kit revealer, That would be spam? If you post a link to the AVG root kit remover, That would be spam? If you post a link to the Kaspersky root kit removal tool, That would be spam? Wouldn't it? If all this is true then posting links to antivirus software is spam to. Right? If you post a link to AVG root kit remover, Then posting a link to AVG antivirus is spam to. Agree? It's all software. You gotta go get it somewhere. You post a link to that somewhere, Then you are posting spam. Right?

If you posted just the link without any accompanying comments, then it would appear exactly like all the spamming answers, and if people bothered to actually check the spam links before reporting them, then
(a) they wouldn't have time to do anything constructive, and
(b) the spammer has won, in a way, because they have induced someone to click on it !
You are supposed to make SOME sort of answer, besides just a link. All you have to do is to say something like "You may find the following site useful, it helped me with a similar problem", to stop it from looking like pure spam.
Refine your technique a little, and you should not have any problem with serious answers.
