Should I choose BJJ or Wrestling?
I've been wrestling for 2 years now at my high school but i also recently started training BJJ at American top team. My summer just started and I have to make a decision on whether I should spend it going to wrestling camps or to stay training BJJ at ATT. This decision will decide which discipline I will stay training and which discipline I will quit. I feel myself starting to like BJJ alot more, but its gonna be real tough for me to let go of wrestling. Which is more important in your opinion and which one do you think I should dedicate myself to?

ATT is considered one of the best training camps out there for MMA.
Why don't you take both. I believe ATT has Wrestling coach too and training in both will patch whatever holes you have in one side of the training with the other.
In term of what to take first, It depends on what you want from the training. Wrestling is definitely cheaper as lots of HS have great wrestling training, and it is a very good base if you ever want to get into MMA competition.
BJJ is going to be more useful as a self defense in my opinion, it also has the belt system that will boost practitioner's sense of achievement. BJJ is also a great base for MMA competitor, but at this point of time, with the kind of rules and judges in MMA, Wrestling will be a better base than BJJ.

I've done BJJ for quit some time and now I'm taking a long look at wrestling. Wrestling will only make your BJJ better. If I had it to do again from the start I would wrestle and practice BJJ. Then Mauy Thai after a few years of ground work.

If you've been doing it for 2 years now than you should about have the some of the basics down, and therefore move on to new things. If you like BJJ better than you should definitely go to that. Plus, there are alot more things to learn in BJJ. Hope this helps?

BJJ is a better choice for the simple fact that the practice provides more escapes, reversals, and submission moves than wrestling does. Look at BJ Penn (as much as it pains me to say this) he's one of the best fighters to come through the UFC, Royce Gracie destroyed fighters much bigger than him simply through using his BJJ.

You're at high school, why not train in both? Most high schools have wrestling teams that you can join for free. This means that you should be able to take both for minimal cost.

If you want to become a professional sportsman, choose wrestling. It will also help you with your college admission, and you can continue it in college.
BJJ is not so widely spread in this country, so I would continue with it if self-defense is really important to you.
